What is Bike Share Toronto?
Bike Share Toronto is a system that offers riders a fun and affordable way of getting around the city. There are hundreds of bikes and stations throughout the city to help you get wherever you want, whenever you want — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How can I use Bike Share Toronto with Transit?
Green bike share pins show the location of Bike Share Toronto stations on the map. The fullness of each pin represents the number of bikes and docks available.
New to Bike Share Toronto? Tap on the nearest station pin or on the Bike Share Toronto card in the list of options nearby to purchase a pass and get an unlock code.
If you’re already a Bike Share Toronto member, you can sign into your account using your Bike Share Toronto username and password, and request an unlock code directly from Transit.
How much does Bike Share Toronto cost?
You can buy a 30-minute Single Trip for $3.25, a 24-Hour Access Pass for $7, or a 72-Hour Access Pass for $15 using Transit. Since bike share is designed for quick trips from A to B, you’ll get unlimited 30-minute trips for the duration of your pass.
For every trip exceeding 30 minutes, overage fees will accumulate at a rate of $4 per 30 minutes of trip time (see pricing details here).
A pre-authorization security deposit hold of $101 per bike will also be placed on your card to ensure the bike’s return.
You can also purchase an Annual Membership for $99 (or $18/month with annual commitment) on the Bike Share Toronto website.
