People Power Meets AI: Building a Smarter, Stronger Transit Workforce
To celebrate Transit Worker Appreciation Day, we placed a banner in the app asking riders to leave a small note of appreciation for their local transit agency. Riders responded with a deluge of affection for agencies around the world. Join Allison for the highlights and the how-it-happened.

Next stop: Terminal!
…agencies, that is.
Terminal is our new station for stats, terminus for tools, and depot for dashboards.
Nothing beats getting the deets on your routes, riders, and results, so we’ve pre-packed it with data for the last 18 months and made it available to anyone with an agency email.
Whether you're a Transit partner or just Transit-curious, get ready to dive straight into the analytical deep end. Just sign in with your agency email address and hey presto, you’re in 🪄🎩
Share your trip in Transit!
Service alerts are one of the handiest tools in an agency's toolkit. Whether it’s a cyclone, big delay, or hordes of sports fans chanting “olé”, riders need to know how disruptions will affect their commute.
On August 25th, we’re sharing all our best service alert know-how, from the GTFS nitty-gritty to finessing how alert information gets from the operations room to riders.

Two-wheeled web trips are here!
4 million locals and visitors used Transit to find their way through recent football festivities, and they provided agencies with a powerful feedback assist of 600,000 survey answers to our tournament performance Rate-My-Ride questions.
We’ve now tallied those responses and triple-checked the replays, but there’s only room for one winner at the end of our bracket… Find out which host city took home gold for best transit system over on our blog.
Take a trip down memory (bus) lane
Get ready for a blast from the Transit past with our new Trip History feature! Riders can opt in to see a breakdown of their past GO trips, with stats including number of trips, helped riders, and distance traveled.
